. Really nice stay overall at Hotel Madison. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful—Chiara especially made check-in easy and welcoming. I was given an upgraded room, which was a great surprise. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day. The location right across from Roma Termini is super convenient. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again—just a few minor fixes would make it even better. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower holder (see attached photo) doesn’t stay in place, there’s only one easy-to-use electrical outlet in the room (far away from the bed), the AC control didn’t seem to work (room was a bit warm; photo attached), and the Wi-Fi was a little unreliable at times..

Un buen hotel muy bien ubicado para viajar en tren. Su ubicación al lado del Termini, si viajas en tren y debes quedarte en Roma un día o dos es excelente. La habitación era pequeña.
