Good Hotel but no AC. I stayed one night. The hotel is very cool looking and very interesting decor. However, in hotels.com and the hotel website says there is air conditioning. This hotel is a "4" star hotel. Before I went to bed turned the Air conditioning on. Air conditioning never got below 20c. Around 445am, I called receptionist and they said they would have someone come by around 10 mins. 20 mins later no one was there and I called again. They said a tech will have to come 830/9am. I told them to not worry about since I was checking out in the morning around 930am. Two spoke in french and then hung up the phone without apologies for this issue.. .
