Would happily stay again with my family.. Super clean, the staff were really nice.. No signage on the string in the shower which I pulled thinking it was a ceiling fan switch 🤣 mi dispiace!.

Only book if you must. This location is decent but requires a 12-minute walk, mostly uphill, which may be challenging for some. While it's in a nice area, the lack of nearby transportation and the steep incline may be inconvenient. Our bathroom was not properly cleaned; there were signs a previous guest with blonde hair had stayed in our room. The walls are thin, so noise can be an issue. The bathroom design was poor, featuring an accordion-style shower screen that closes into a cramped square. Since the floor lacks proper drainage, the bathroom floods unless towels are placed around the shower. Additionally, the shower handle gets dangerously hot, which could be a concern for children. Another issue is that the elevators are turned off after 9 a.m. for reasons unclear. Furthermore, you are required to leave your keys at the front desk whenever you leave, with staff assuring that "someone is always there." While the hotel claims to be 4-star, don't be misled—this is more of a 2-star experience.. .

Terrible.. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel. Room was cleanish and tidy however the shower/toilet is extremely small. The television would go off all the time saying no service and the wifi is quite slow but we were not in the room enough for this to be a big deal. The walls are very thin and you can hear a lot of noise. Sounded as if there was construction happening above us! The hotel is on the top of a steep hill and is an hour walk away from the main city centre with no buses near. We spent quite a bit on money paying for uber. After long days of sightseeing the last thing we wanted to do was hike up the hill to the hotel. You are required to leave your room key at the front desk when going out for the day for some reason. We arrived early and had to wait for check in, there is a room to leave suitcases/bags which has no door and is around the corner from reception which I wasn’t very comfortable to use there was a sign stating the hotel is not liable for any theft or damage. Over all stay here was not good.. .

Superb. Central location. Roof area with views where we had wine and cheese which we bought ourselves.. .

.. Room was clean and tidy, fresh bedding and towels everyday. But after a week of being there my partner and I came home with bites all over us, went to pharmacy who confirmed it was bed bugs, completely ruined our holiday 😑. Rome itself was beautiful lot's of lovely restaurants and friendly staff.. .

Exceptional. Really good location from train station and Vatican City. Some services didn’t work like hairdryer, bathroom door tricky to open, flush got stock some times, pot a bit duty..

A nice place to sleep for our first visit to Rome. Enjoyed the visit.. This was a cute hotel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and a nice place to sleep for a 3 night visit to Rome.. While it’s located near the Vatican, it was a longer walk than we anticipated. I thought it was about a 10-15 minute walk, but it was more like 30 minutes. Maybe that’s not considered a lot in the city..
