Good, we liked it.. Location - near metro station, restaurants, famous objects in Montmartre on foot. Good breakfast - self service, various food (including omelet, sausages, bacon). Cozy stairs with mirrors everywhere, even small cozy elevator. Nice and helpful stuff at the reception.. Air condition is necessary in summer time - it would be unable to sleep with an open window due to a noisy street. We visited Paris in February, so slept with a closed window. And one morning omelet, sausages and bacon were really cold so very unpleasant to eat. Everything else was OK..

Good value for a charming hotel.. Our stay was a good value for a charming hotel. We ended up on the fifth floor, however there is a small elevator which accommodated us fine, along with our luggage. We arrived early in the day so we left our luggage and went about our day. Upon return, check in took about five minutes or less. The check in was fast and friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like it would be fine. The location was good and what I expected, you can walk quickly to the 12 line or the 4. The room was clean and I felt safe during my stay. I would stay again, which I think is the best compliment you can offer to a hotel.. .

Disappointing. We had to book this hotel last minute due to being stuck in Paris as a result of the Eurostar cancellations. I looked at online photos and reviews and was impressed with the hotel so happily booked this. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location. We got the last available room, number 63 and it was tiny. The bathroom absolutely stank of urine, we reported this to the reception and unfortunately no one was available to clean it so we were provided with a UV cleaning device but it did not help. We bought air freshener and wore masks in the bathroom as the smell was so overwhelming. The bed was clean but the floor left our feet dirty. We did go to get the spare pillows out of the wardrobe and they were covered in hair and stains. I was very disappointed in this hotel as the pictures on their website do not reflect all of the rooms and our experience did not feel like that of a 3 star hotel.. .

Comfortable, hospitable and a great location. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable with high quality sheets. Shower was very powerful and refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful with tea/coffee offered on arrival and luggage stored for the day once checked out. The location is great, very near the metro and lots of activity and shops. Despite being on the first floor with a room facing onto the street, the soundproofing of the room was excellent which made for a very relaxing stay.. .
