dirty game played to avoid bad review. i booked my stay through booking.com, i write the same review on booking.com, but the hotel play a dirty game to remove my bad review by mark me as i didn't check in at all. i received am email from booking.com that the i didn't check in at all. but i will chase them up. 1.the location of the hotel is very good time wise, like about 8 minutes walk to taksim Square, not far from the main places, but it is in very very hilly location it is not easy for everyone to walk it. 2- we book budget room, which are located in the underground floor(-1) , which is not the best windows or views. 3- in the room there was kettle , with complimentary tea bags and coffee, we luckily check the kettle before using it, it was very greasy and dirty from inside we couldn't use it, we went to the reception to ask them to change it with a clean one, he said 10 minutes, we been waiting so long , he didn't bring , we been to the reception again , we feel like he forgot about us and the kettle and then on the spot he take clean kettle from a different room and gave it us. 4-the toilet washbasin was leaking all the time when you are using the tap 5-the bed sheets was not clean and i think not changed when we checked in we found long hair on it and hair clips 6.the chair in the room was stained 7.we have a bad experience when we where checking out, we found that they want to charge us for some juices were ordered during breakfast,  which we didn't order. they were keep saying we saw the drinks you order on the camera, if you don't want to pay, you can have as a gift, i didn't like the way they were speaking as if they were doing it as a favour. we ask the manager to show us the camera footage, when we check it we found the drinks were ordered to a different table and not ours, for some reason they weren't feeling sorry for the mess they make and we pushed them to apologise for what happened. this causes delaying our way to the airport, as we missed our bus .. .

Unprofessional & Cheap. I arrived to the property on the first of August after I booked my stay through an app. Upon arrival, the manager asked me to cancel my booking for an 80 euros discount. I refused the offer and insisted to pay the full fees upon check in as agreed prior to my arrival. After that the team was unprofessional to us, no greeting, no good breakfast and no house keeping. As we left the hotel, after checkout, the property reported us to the app as we never showed up to the property and tried to deducted the fees from our credit card after we have left the country. In addition to multiple security issues that I won't mention at the moment, the location was terrible. This cheap team is located in a hotel at a very sloppy inclined hill that will break your at the beginning and the end of your day. The breakfast is extremely poor. The money you will save, you will end up paying it for extra breakfast outside the hotel and medication for your lower back and feet. I felt unsecure and won't recommend at all. Also, because the team knew that we were not happy, they deactived our booking on the app so we don't write a public review. That is why am I here to write my review. Attached are photos of their filthy rooms.. .

Average. We were a group of five people, the gave us the royal suite. The room was big and comfortable but, there was no wardrobes, the room was not very clean and there was damp walls and little flies from the damp. Also, the non smoking room was full of cigarette smell inside. In the kitchen was broken cabinets and there was not glass on the shower so the waters was everywhere in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor.. I believe that the can do more. The hotel has so much potential for more... .

. We stayed for two nights in Royal duplex, which was everything except Royal. Location: half an hour drive from the airport costs around 1500-2K Liras. The hotel itself is at the bottom of the hill, and just to walk towards closest marketplace, which is Taksim square u have to walk uphill through multiple flight of stairs for 10 min. The unit - Positive - it is quite big with two levels. The first level has two bedrooms and one small bathroom lower level have another bedroom, a living area, a kitchen and a larger bathroom. Negatives - Duplex needs a lot of renovation. The paint is chipping off, the ceiling in the bathroom has black mold, the commode In downstairs Bathroom is broken and water bidet does not work. Upstairs bathrooms is very small. OK for kids but not for adults. The corner of the bathroom is broken and for fixed with cement looks like somebody tried to fix it and left the job in the middle. The floor esp of master bedroom creaks very bad especially at night it will be other sleeping family members. Ceiling is not sound proof, u can hear people walking or waking up in the middle of the night. There is no ventilation in the unit since it is in the basement because it is quite damp and has a damp smell. Breakfast - there is no use of paying extra since they serve a plate of prepacked jam butter Nutella and one egg with bread basket French fries coffee/tea. Staff is very rude. I would not recommend this facility specially to someone with kids. . .

. For a female solo traveler this was perfect, just a 8 minute walk from Taksim Square - away from the noise but not too secluded! Felt very safe and very clean and staff was very helpful and polite! It’s on a semi-steep road so keep that in mind for luggage haha. Perfect stay! Definitely booking again next time . .
