Great stay to Sultan Suleyman Hotel. Our vacantion was very nice due to the accomodation to Sultan Suleyman Hotel. The hotel is situated in the old City, next to important turistic places in Istanbul. The room was nice, cozy, and very clean. Various and delicious breakfast. We felt very well treated by the guys from restaurant and reception. The were prompt and kind. They paid attention to all our requests and offer us a great stay there. Thank you for your care, especially to Yakup who treated us like special guests.. .

Nice place, close to main attractions. Would recommend.. The hotel was well located in a quite neighbourhood, close to stores and main atractions. The Neighbourhood looks a bit sketchy sometimes, but it was safe to walk around, even at night.
The staff gave us a room upgrade, but then the next day (super early in the morning, they woke us up) they made us move to a smaller room, which was an inconvenient. They gave us the option to use the spa as a compensation.
Shower pressure was really nice. Make sure to bring your own shampoo because the quality of the one they offer is not good.
The breakfast included was good quality, but the place was small and crowded.
Overall, it was a nice place, the staff are super nice. Would recommend!. .

Good if looking for somewhere cheap, not good if you want any luxuries of having a "nice" room.. The breakfast was amazing & so was the staff!. The room for how it is advertised online and for what you get is very different. The room was tiny, and alot of the doors for cupboards and drawers didn't open properly. The shower was pretty dirty as well as the bed runner had brown stains underneath. The bed sheets also had rips in..

Exceptional. The property was in a convenient location. It was fairly simple to get around since most of the places we wanted to visit were less than 20 minutes away. There were plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The staff were really nice and accommodating and the area seemed safe.. .
