Exceptional. The place is truly relaxing and enjoyable. The receptionist is reliable and give very good advice to visitors for all kind of places to visit. They are very kind to customers. Keep on smiling. The room itself is cute, the bed is very comfortable and the sheets smell very nice.!!!! Lovely bathroom. I'll recommend this place. !!!!. .

Good. The hotel was pleasant enough - nothing fancy. The location was brilliant. It was close to the metro and all the shops.. smallish but it was fine..

Nice little hotel with extremely friendly staff at great location. Brilliant location. Staff amazingly friendly. Nice and quiet room.. of course, the room equipment was a bit old, but what you can't expect a four star hotel for this little money at such a great location.

Terrible place. Location. There is no elevator, I had several bags and the front desk person did not offer any help to carry them. By the time I arrived in the room there was a terrible smell of urine/pee and me and my grito friend tried to sleep but after almost 4 hours we decided to leave the place. The smell was so intense that could not allow us to sleep. I sincerely would like a refund on this.
