A gem in Nisantasi. A true gem in Nisantasi area,luxurious and comfortable. The staff is efficient and always ready to help.
Breakfast is great. Rooms are well designed and large. Bed is wow. And location is central though in a narrow street.
We will l surely come back.

Comfortable, pretty, great staff, delicious breakfast, lovely room. Excellent location, very cosy, attentive staff, great spa and free use of the Turkish bath/sauna/steam room, good breakfast. Small breakfast room, we had to wait half an hour on our final day to eat breakfast as it was full. They made up for this as they upgraded us to a bigger room.

Exceptional. The staff and facilities are fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly. Rooms are really spacious, very clean and the balcony is a wonderful bonus! Honestly, nothing negative to say! Highly recommend to everyone! Is our first choice every time we visit Istanbul! Do not hesitate to book, you will enjoy your stay! Just 1 min walk from metro station and lots of shops, bars, restaurants, markets.. .

Superb. We recently stayed at Gleam Hotel in Istanbul and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during my stay. However, while the service and cleanliness were great, I wouldn't classify it as a true 5-star hotel. The amenities and overall experience fell a bit short of that high standard. Still, it's a solid option for those looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul.. .
