Awesome and very clean boutique hotel w/ great views and fabulous location.. View from the terrace suite room and balcony was incredible. The balcony hot tub w/ a view was also a huge bonus. The staff all spoke English and were very kind and helpful. The location was fantastic - many cafes and restaurants on the same street - very short walk to the main street (Istiklal).. Nothing..

Pleasant. The hotel is small, nice and seems pretty new. It is clean, the room was cleaned every day, the toilers very also very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had a suite room with a terrace. Without a doubt - the view is amazing. Also, the terrace is pretty spacious and the hot tub is really nice.. During the summer, when the temperature is high outside, it gets pretty high also in the room and it is impossible to live without air conditioning, also during the night. If not used to it, the sound could be disturbing and could get cold easily. Would not rate the bed and pillows as the most comfortable, compared to experience in other hotels. The shower was not working always as expected. To get a cold shower during the day or evening - almost impossible, just warm water. Also, the water pressure throughout the day was not enough. Ok, it is the top floor, but still in the hotel, there should not be problems like this. There is just a minibar and coffee machine in the room, but no small fridge (with lower temperatures) or kettle. As there are no food options in the hotel, these options could be beneficial. Also some more snacks, at least in the common area, would be a nice gesture from the hotel. Yes, the cleanliness and the view are amazing, but everything else so so… If you are in Istanbul just for one night, it is a nice option to get most of the stay at the hotel, but for a longer time - not worth the price..

Perfect for solo trips.. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were all incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. A special shout-out to Ezgi, who went above and beyond in providing excellent directions and tips for getting around Istanbul. Her assistance made navigating the city so much easier! The overall experience was comfortable and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.. The lighting in the room was a bit dark but not much of a problem..

An amazing boutique hotel located in a great part of Istanbul. Don't miss the chance to stay here.. If only we'd stayed here when we arrived in Istanbul. We booked Louis Rooms after returning from the south of Turkey and what an amazing boutique hotel it was. It's a great location in the Beyoglu area and the staff are so helpful with great advice. We were treated by Egzi (I hope that's right) on our arrival and the information she provided was second to none. When we come back to Istanbul we will be staying at Louis Rooms.. Everything was just perfect so there is nothing negative to write..

Superb. Room is clean, everything looks good. Heating works really good, you will not feel cold.. It is quite loud because of the bar on the street, so if you don't like parties, ask in advance the room on the opposite side..

Experience ruined by noise and poor customer service. The room was as in the pictures. Property is located right in front of a night bar that plays extremely loud music till 2AM Friday and Saturday. Also, one of my girlfriend’s earrings was damaged in our room, and while the staff claimed no responsibility, we’re certain it was intact when we left. We reported it immediately, but management refused to take any action or offer a resolution, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Accidents can happen, but how a hotel handles them is key. Unfortunately, their lack of accountability left us feeling let down. While the [mention any positives, e.g., location or facilities] was fine, the poor customer service overshadowed our experience..
