Bon hotel. Hotel simpa,le personnel agréable surtout les voituriers. En plein centre ville accès au bus metro et "dolmus". Tout autour de l Hotel restaurants,pubs,pâtisseries........ .

Je conseille . A part le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas super, cest un super hôtel. Propre, confortable, personnel chaleureux. Petit déjeuner limite mais on trouve toujours de quoi manger. A 5 min du métro. . .

Konaklama. Otelin konumu işim gereği çok iyi idi. Kızılay'ın merkezinde ve yürüyerek bir çok işinizi halledebiliyorsunuz. Otele giriş ve çıkışta personelin ilgisi güzeldi. Fakat hizmet için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi, oda broşürlerinde 7/24 ücretsiz ütü ve ütü masası olduğu yazıyor fakat öyle bir hizmetin olmadığını, kuru temizlemenin de pazar günü çalışmadığını söyleyerek geri çevrildim. Ve bu büyük bir probleme yol açtı maalesef. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu. Klimanın sesinden uyuyamıyorsun. Kapayınca da sıcaktan duramıyorsun. Yatak ve yastıkları da oldukça rahatsızdı. Yine de teşekkürler.. .

Small, Ok Breakfast, Clean, Technical Issues. Let me tell you this, the rooms are small! My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, it was clean and lots of restaurants nearby. the only problem with hygiene was that one of the pillows smelled cigarettes and they changed it quickly and The safe didn't work, the Air conditioner didn't work (no cool but heat worked) and the shower head was broken. the breakfast was ok and it had a good variety. I was satisfied with the breakfast. they were kind enough to offer us 3 breakfast meals instead of two, without extra charge. The reception was ok although they didn't speak English well, they kinda could understand but don't expect too much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good compared to the services and location. Generally, it was ok and I was satisfied. now that I'm writing this review, I've already changed 3 hotels and Asrin was the first one. the main reason we had to change from Asrin was that we had more than two pieces of luggage and the room was not big enough.. .

. The wifi was available but very inconsistent, I experienced water shortage 2 days in a row for few hours, the staff english was not good breakfast was cold, and mostly the same thing evey day. .

hospitality. all staff were so kind and friendly. the hotel was close to the center of the city. breakfast was good according to the hygienic restrictions. we booked the first night through website then extend 2 more nights when we arrived without any problem. .

. Sehr schlecht Geld falle. Für 3tage aufenhalt vorher von paypal Bezahlt. Und 2tag Geld verlangt Von rezeption sehr schlecht . .

Özensiz.. Eksik havlular vardı. Havlu istedik yırtık pırtık delik deşik havlular geldi. Duş başlığı sıkıntılıydı. Duş yeterince temiz değildi. Klozet halkası yerinden oynamış yamuk duruyordu. Kahve için su bırakılmamış dedik, çeşme suları arıtılmış kullanabilirsiniz dediler. Bir boşvermişlik özensizlik vardı. Bir daha tercih etmem. . .

Not worth the money, it should be cheaper. The Hotel lobby is good, but the rooms are not so good, everything is worn out from towels to furniture . .
