Décevant ++. Énormément déçue... la salle de bain n'est pas du tout la même que celle en photo (en + sale et vieillot), aucune isolation sonore, literie à revoir... Le seul point positif : le personnel agréable. .

. Nous avons logé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Le personnel est agréable. Les chambres sont suffisamment équipées, le seul bémol est le manque de climatisation. Nous avons du dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes et forcément il y avait des nuisances sonores avec le passage de l'avenue. Nous avons prit le petit-déjeuner qui était copieux avec du choix, viennoiseries, pains frais, beurre, confiture, yaourt,fromage. Nous recommendons cet hôtel niveau qualité prix tout à fait resonnable sans chichi et superflue. . .

APPALLING HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely awful hotel. Don’t be fooled by the website they don’t speak a word of English, they don’t even bother trying just speak to you in fluent French and laugh at you when you don’t understand. Arrived and where given a room key on arrival to the 4th floor a cleaner forced us to stay in the lift speaking to us in French we did not understand, we told her we needed to get out and she shouted at us then forced us to go downstairs. At reception her and the worker spoke in French and did not address us or tell us what was going on once. We were then given another key, went up to the 4th floor again and the room was occupied. Back down to reception the two workers argued then gave us the same key we were given in the first place. The room was tiny and boiling, our window opened wide into the corridor of the hotel. Anyone could get through it into our room so we had to keep it shut and stay boiling, no fresh air possible at all,, even with the window open. The shower was like a public one at a swimming pool - turned off every 30 seconds you had to keep pressing the button to turn it back on. Not only that the bathroom was so small you couldn’t mive without the shower curtain sticking to you, and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, leaking into the bedroom even with the shower curtain shut, bath mat down and bathroom door shut. The bed squeaked with the slightest touch could not move all night without it making a racket. I did not get a single bit of sleep because the walls were ridiculously thin I could hear the person next to us showering and drying their hair at 2 am and every door opening and closing. The next day we changed rooms and the new room was fine. However on our last day we had an early start, breakfast supposedly starts at 6 we went down at 6:15 and got turned away, the man just kept saying check out? Sortie? To us so we took that as a cue to leave. Staff are incredibly rude. Also would not recommend booking with lastminute.com as customer service is non existent, no help at all. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.. .

. Bad viel zu klein, war eine Nasszelle. Bett und Bettwäsche super. Toll war der Service in der Gastronomie, die Leute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Metro war ca. 150 mm vom hotel entfernt. Sehr gut auch die Parkgarage, ca. 50 mm auf der anderen Seite. Das Auto war sicher untergebracht. Das Hotel würde ich für einen Kurztrip wieder buchen. . .

Lovely hotel next to the metro station . Lovely hotel in a very beautiful area, very close to the metro station and only few minutes away from the main touristic points. People are super kind and helpful. Would totally stay there again. Thank you so much . .

. Terrible condition! Mattress was literally unusable. They place plastic cover and sheet so thin you will sweat and feel wet and sticky all night on top of no AC. Elevator was never available. We check out at 5am and the guy at front desk was clearly sleeping and got annoyed that we wake him up. Bathroom shower with no place to hold anything and the ceiling was all moldy. We ask him for help calling a taxi and he just point outside and pretty much kicked us out. . .

. Gostei bastante do hotel. Quartos pequenos mas bem confortáveis! Todos os trabalhadores foram super atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Não é perto dos principais locais em Paris mas tem uma estação de metrô bem perto que te leva para qualquer lugar da cidade! . .
