Great hotel! Brilliant location!!. Great hotel, perfect location! Out the door and look right and see the colosseum, only about a 10 minutes walk away! Left and another 10 minutes walk is Trevi fountain. The train station to the airport is about 15 minutes walk. The train goes every 15 minutes and takes about 30 minutes to the airport.
Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Breakfast buffet was good. Plenty to choose from, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt coffee, cappuccino tea etc . Staff were super friendly and helpful at both the reception and breakfast room!! Five star to the staff!
Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!. .

Perfect location for a city-trip to Rome!. Location, location, location - better than Condominio Monti is difficult! Walking distance from the Termini train station as well as to most must-see attractions in Rome. Photos found on Booking and Tripadvisor correspond perfectly. Excellent customer service and flawless communication. Our room was immaculate. Very comfy mattress and bedding. Steady and fast internet connection. Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace which is the best way to start your day :-). Plenty of choice at breakfast and a nice touch with Roman specialities in the breakfast buffet. All staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. I warmly recommend this hotel for a city trip to Rome!. .

Wonderful stay in a fabulous city!. The breakfast!! Best I’ve had in years!! So fresh and delicious. A lovely selection with scrambled eggs and bacon and a veg for a cooked selection then the most delicious assorted baked goods!! Plus yoghurt and fruit and cheese etc. absolutely perfect! Staff were amazing!!!!
Everyone at the front desk we met were amazing. Such lovely people. Helpful and kind and friendly.
Room was nice and dark. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Location was brilliant. A quick walk to Trevi and colluseum!. It is a noisy spot but I’m not sure where in Rome you stay that isn’t like that! The floor was a bit damaged and was very loud when going to the bathroom at night but our friends room was no problems!.
