Ok for a 2 star, stairs in hotel steep and small, noisy!. Room was good size. staff friendly. clean. close to underground service to access most places. about 40 mins into paris, 3 tubes, but around 2 euros per person. plenty of food shops nearby and cafes. pere lechaise cemetery 5 mins walk away. worth a visit. it is a 2 star so suppose it was ok for money.. Stairs up to 3rd floor. steep and small steps, most people were struggling. definitely not for anyone with any walking concern. constant noise from the very busy road outside 24hrs a day, ambulances, bin men, road sweepers, motorbikes, cars, beer deliveries all through the night. It is a main street through the town. very noisy bar underneath until 3am. no air con but fan provided. provided kettle and coffee only, no milk. no fridge to store milk or water. shower in completely the wrong place and had to secure it by wrapping a towel around head of shower. toilet seat not fitted properly. not one emglish news channel on tv. tv situated in strange place on wall behind wardrobe..

Love this mini hotel!. everything was beautiful. The street where the hotel is located is great, with many bakeries, markets, and restaurants. The street is noisy, but the noise did not reach the apartment. The beds are comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent. This is a small hotel, but well maintained. Towels were changed every day.. .

This hotel, without an elevator, is still a great find because of several nearby bus and metro stops. My room was very. Convenient transportation. Quiet room. Good heat. Friendly staff. Comfortable.. The shower head kept tipping forward and would not stay put. I had to tie a knot using the shower hose to keep the shower head in place. Also, the shower faucet would move easily if you happened to bump against it causing the water temperature to suddenly change.
I would prefer to have another soap dispenser placed closer to the sink as you have to reach around the shower wall to take soap from the dispenser for use at the sink which is awkward..

It’s ok to spent a couple of nights but for sure I won’t return to this hotel.. The location and the price were great for Paris. The staff really kind.. The noise from the bar outside the property and also from the other rooms..
