Great value hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely worth a visit.. Location was excellent near to the nightlife by Moulin Rogue and close to a Metro. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice. The complimentary mini bar and snacks were a novel idea and a fantastic choice.. Only small issue was the coffee in room not replaced daily and the bed was quite hard for me personally.

Pity about the poor soundproofing.. The friendly receptionist was very helpful and informative. She always greeted us with a smile.
The location is good. Close to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room is small, as expected. Our room was at the back, as we had asked. Not all hotels try to meet requests for a room away from the street.
Everything was really clean. The sanitary fittings in the ensuite were spotlessly clean, as was the mastic around the bath. The tiles, however, need to be replaced at this stage.
There is complementary Nespresso coffee as well as soft drinks in reception 24/7. There is a fridge in the room. It was replenished every day of our three-day stay with complementary bottled water. This daily replenishment rarely happens in other hotels, in my experience.
There is a good-sized safe in the room. The AC worked well to cool the room.
Customer service is clearly a priority with this hotel group. They have an arrangement with 16 other hotels around the city where a guest of one can pop into any of them to use the bathroom or the free coffee and soft drinks.
However, the lack of soundproofing is an issue. We could hear our neighbour using the bathroom. Despite the many positives, I wouldn’t stay here again because of this.. .

Refreshing, Enjoyable, Comfortable . Beautiful hotel, kind and friendly staff especially Sarah the receptionist who was very welcoming and helpful to me. She went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. Whenever I had a question she was always very willing to help me. Thank you Sarah!
