Great accommodation in a perfect location. Spacious and well equipped rooms, amazing location, friendly and professional staff, great rooftop terrace for breakfast. Perfect and cozy accommodation in what I would say is the best location in Rome.. TVs in the rooms could be more modern with smart tv functionality to stream Netflix, Prime etc..

Excellent apartment for visit to Rome. Excellent location, within walking distance of all tourist areas and lots of places to eat

Large fridge. Minor negatives:
Old building with no double glazing, so lots of street noise at night
Too much unnecessary furniture in main room which meant it was cramped eg huge dining table
Lack of kitchen items - no cutlery, 2glasses for 4 people etc.

Superb. - Location is amazing, walking distance to all sights and in a lively neighbourhood
- The staff is incredible!!!! I think the best part of the stay. They are so competent, kind, friendly and overall helpful. Rosa, Karla, Achille and Benedetta are the ones I remember by name, but if there were others during our stay, all were wonderful.
- Beware this is only one floor and like a guesthouse, but we had everything we needed. Rooms are spacious too! and all very clean.
- From the room you see Via Nazionale which is great!!!. Honestly not much. Maybe the breakfast could have had more options and I think hot water / coffee machine would be a nice touch (you need to ask it all the time).
