A very good small hotel in Rome Trastevere. We enjoyed an excellent stay in a very comfortable well situated hotel close to the heart of Trastevere. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms comfortable and perfectly clean . I give the Hotel San Francesco 5 stars and highly recommend it. .

Little Gem. My favorite little spot tucked away in a tranquil corner of Trastevere. Easy to get to everything I need for my work, food is good and the staff is very helpful.. .

Exceptional. The decor was cute and very clean. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was great. Had dinner one night in the bistro Jacob’s, attached to the hotel. It was amazing and offered lots of vegetarian and vegan friendly options. I would highly recommend the includes breakfast, nothing fancy but simplicity done to perfection. It always started our day just right.. I have a hard time with mattresses m, especially in hotels. I’m a little “Goldilocks” and I felt this was too firm for me but my wife had no problem..

Warm homely place in Trastevere. Excellent location and very nice staff. Great breakfast with a view of a citrus garden. Nice lobby bar to chill out for a drink and great roof terrace with views of Aventino and Trastevere.. .

Lovely hotel but sadly noisy rooms which meant bad sleeping. I’m sorry to write this as the hotel itself is lovely as were the staff however the walls in the room are so thin I could hear conversations, toilets flushing, coughing, belching it was awful let alone the water pipes in the room which made a racket. Also the windows are not double glazed which meant noise from outside. I had 4 terrible nights sleep. . .

Delightful classy and comfortable!. It was a hidden gem. Outside tge rat race of touristic Rome. Fabulous food and wine available. 24 /7 desk made everything incredibly convenient!. .
