Disappointing. Location. The hotel was undergoing building works - lots of work debris, there was a definite smell in the communal areas, dirty carpets, and peeling paintwork/walls. Also the hotel was listed as having a bar - this did not exist..

Great staff!!. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Residences Des Arts. Hot strong shower! Comfortable beds! Clean. GREAT location!! But most of all the staff was TOP NOTCH. This really made our whole stay. Friendly, knowledgeable, English-speaking staff made our stay so comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to metro, walking distance to Notre Dame, lots of great coffee shops, pastry shops, restaurants, etc. But also not a crazy hectic neighborhood. Felt extremely safe. Just a lovely stay. Could not recommend this hotel more!! . .

Very good. Location is absolutely brilliant, best one to see nearly all the top sites in the city, also in the trendy Latin quarter so lots of nightlife options in walking distance.. Rooms were nice enough but lacked character, and the lift is not suitable for people and luggage!.

Book this wonderful hotel now for a perfect Paris location!. My friend and I recently spent 8 nights at Hotel Résidence des Arts. We both very highly recommend the hotel. The location is near perfect - on a charming street just a couple of blocks from the Metro, Notre Dame, and so many shops and lovely cafes. Our Junior Suite was quiet, roomy, super clean, with comfy beds and bedding. The bathroom water pressure was great - something not common in older hotels. WiFi was strong and always available. The elevator is tiny but gets you where you are going. We choose the included breakfast which had a decent choice of fruits, yogurts, breads, hard boiled or scrambled eggs, ham cheese, bacon, cereals,coffee, tea, milk, etc. From our initial reservation through checkout, we experienced friendly, knowledgeable staff. Willy, Lavan, and Alexander were so very helpful to us; Luca, the driver who picked us up at the airport and took us back, was an expert at getting us thru dense traffic; the gentleman who greeted us us every morning in the breakfast room was so helpful and kind to two bumbling women trying to use the coffee machine; and finally, the polite and efficient young woman housekeeper who kept our room clean and provisioned each day. Forgive me for not getting the last two names - I will be sure to for my next visit this spring. The hotel really made our special trip to Paris even more special!. .

Two night stay in central Paris. Excellent location, easy to find, room was small but functional. Didn't take breakfast.. .

Perfect location for a business or leisure stay in Paris with ultra friendly staff. The location and friendly staff made our quick business trip superb. We were given a list of local restaurants although we know the area quite well. Our twin bed room was spacious for Paris and facilities all great.. The fridge wasn't cold and our bathroom lock didn't work but tiny points that can be fixed..

Ideal location Notre Dame literally a 5 min walk from hotel.. Great location and room very Parisian in decor.. Decor looking a little tired. Plug in bath broken this was reported on check out..
