very nice place, will come again soon on mt return.. the twin bed room is large. actually i even sleep on the couch and it was comfortable. the staffs were nice. the location is very convenient.. .

Exceptional. We liked the central location. We walked to the Colosseum and many other ruin sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, as well was the rooftop bar.. No complaints.

Would stay again. We really liked this hotel. We had a superior double up on the 5th floor. It was very busy when we checked in but reception were friendly enough. Breakfast buffet was small but still had scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages for us English! It is in a noisy area but it is central Rome. My only problem was with the shower over bath, the bath tapered at the bottom that made standing difficult. .

Great hotel, staff and location!. Brilliant hotel! Great location, walking distance to all major tourist points and also Termini station. Very helpful and friendly staff particularly Guillermo - we think this is his name who helped us with our luggage 😊 he was exceptionally kind & helpful! Room was lovely and cleaned daily. Would definitely stay again!. We didn’t dislike anything, our only slight issue was noise from other guests at night. But this wasn’t a fault of the hotel only some guests are not as considerate of others!.

DANGEROUS - disregard for safety/well being of guests and RUDE. The negligence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for human safety exhibited by this hotel’s staff are unacceptable. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, 4 days, and on the last night, my husband was struck on the head by a fallen picture frame was hanging above our bed. The glass from the frame shattered over him while we were sleeping. When we called the hotel staff, they did not immediately check on our safety; they only sent someone to clean the sheets. No one provided basic first aid—no ice for his swollen head injury, nothing to clean the blood from his hand where he was cut by the glass, not even a bandage. I went downstairs to speak with the night manager, who responded rudely, raising his voice and stating that he couldn’t do anything other than clean the room, and that there were no other rooms available to move us to. When I asked what could be done to get medical attention for my husband, he claimed there were "only two options": clean the room or call an ambulance. I asked him to call the ambulance. The ambulance arrived about 15 minutes later. After a brief examination, the responders said we had two choices: either do nothing or go to the ER. Although I won’t hold the ambulance team’s rudeness and inadequate medical attention against the hotel, no support or empathy was offered by anyone that night. After the ambulance left (and because they wouldn’t allow me to ride with him, I didn’t trust I’d be able to find my husband), the manager came to our room and told us he had found another room for us to move to—despite having initially claimed there were no available rooms. The following morning, the front desk staff were similarly unhelpful. They denied our written report of the incident, claiming their staff had immediately called the ambulance without my insistence, and refused to acknowledge that we were poorly treated. Unsurprisingly, no one at the hotel has taken responsibility for the situation or apologized for their appalling response. We have sent photo evidence of the broken glass, the fallen frame, and my husband's injuries to Agoda, and we hope they can help us resolve this matter. It was clear that the picture frame had been improperly secured to the drywall without a stud, which is likely why it fell. Unfortunately, it happened to fall on us while we were in bed. The drywall where the nail was placed had been loose for some time. The failure to properly secure objects above where guests sleep is extremely dangerous. The way the hotel handled the situation was not only unprofessional, but also inhospitable and disrespectful. Given the blatant irresponsibility displayed by the hotel staff during this incident, one must approach a stay at this hotel with extreme caution. The failure to properly secure items, resulting in a picture frame falling and injuring a guest, raises serious concerns about the hotel’s maintenance practices and commitment to guest safety. This situation is not just a matter of poor service; it reflects a fundamental disregard for the well-being of guests. The lack of basic first aid and support following a head injury is alarming. If guests cannot rely on staff to respond appropriately in emergencies, the risks of booking a stay here are substantial. The safety of guests should be a top priority in any hospitality establishment, and this hotel has shown a troubling lack of commitment to that principle. Stay at your own peril. Staying here could put your safety at risk and leave you without even the bare minimum of support in times of need.. .
