Superb location, beautifully appointed comfortable rooms.. Beautiful small hotel perfectly located a few steps from the Seine river on Blvd. Saint Michele, near Notre Dame and the Saint Chapelle. Also a few meters from the Metro and RER trains. Our room face St Michele blvd but the beautiful old windows were sound proof so we did not hear the traffic. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had a bathtub, which we prefer. Superbly located and lots of restaurants around. Excellent croissants and pain au chocolat and cafe creme just a few steps away.. Everything was perfect for us..

Location, staff, bed excellent whereas breakfast had burnt tiny croissants and congealed egg.. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were excellent.. Breakfast was poor to bad. The tiny croissants were burnt. BURNT. There was a heated container with rubbery, discoloured scrambled eggs and shrunken sausages. To have anything other than that you had to pay another 5euros for fresh cooked eggs. Worst breakfast ever in Paris..

Lowest level scam. We made a reservation for 2 clasic double rooms of 15 sqm each and on the level other than the attic and have been simply placed in two 13 sqm single rooms in the attic with no explanation. When raising this up with Youssip from the reception desk he said the hotel’s policy is that nobody can talk to his manager so all we can do is writing an email.
He simply ignored our complain and so does the hotel management apparently.
We traveled many countries and lived in a lot of hotels but never encountered this kind of behavior. We realize that this is Paris and tourists come no matter what but being treated like this in a so called 4 stars hotel is ridiculous. I would say this is definitely a place to avoid and money spent for no value.. .
