Superb. The location of the hotel is great, the breakfast had a variety and a nice view from the terrace. The staff was friendly and we especially liked the complimentary refreshments in the room.. The rooms could be larger. We had a comfort room, and expected that to not to be so small..

Comfy bed, Clean & Near with bus station.. For the price I paid, this was absolutely worth it. It felt like a 4 star hotel—better than the one I stayed near Rome terminal, which is a 4 star hotel but felt like 2 star.. Nothing.

Save your time and look elsewhere.. We enjoy the breakfast. Our stay at the Best Western Astrid Hotel left us profoundly disheartened and, to put it plainly, rather disillusioned. What we had anticipated to be a restful and accommodating experience quickly transformed into one fraught with disappointments, largely owing to the subpar service and multiple inconveniences we encountered throughout our stay.
To begin with, the demeanor of the hotel staff was far from inviting. Rather than the warm hospitality one expects from an establishment of this caliber, we were met with a cold, distant attitude that bordered on indifference. This lack of engagement was particularly disconcerting when we raised the issues we were facing, as the staff seemed unwilling or unable to provide any meaningful assistance.
Speaking of issues, the most glaring of them was the persistent lack of hot water. Over the course of our four-night stay, we endured two full days without any hot water, and on the third day, the water was only lukewarm at best—hardly sufficient for basic comfort. We brought this matter to the attention of the staff, yet no proactive steps were taken to resolve the situation in a timely manner. To make matters worse, there was no offer of compensation or even an acknowledgment of the inconvenience we had endured, which only deepened our sense of frustration.
In addition to this, it became abundantly clear that the hotel suffers from a lack of soundproofing, as the absence of double-glazing allowed external noise to permeate the rooms at all hours. The noise pollution, particularly at night, disrupted our sleep on several occasions, further compounding our dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, our experience at the Best Western Astrid was far from the restful and enjoyable stay we had envisioned. Between the disheartening service, the lack of basic amenities, and the disruptive noise, we were left with little to recommend this establishment..
