Will not come back again.. Very small elevator that can fit 2 large luggages only. Awful and scary stairs, need to be very careful especially bringing your luggage up in the room. Eating a meal with a screw on it is totally unacceptable.. .

Something to sing about. Great location near Gare du Nord. Nice selection at breakfast. Lovely and clean. Excellent value for money. Lots of choice of restaurants in the area. No English speaking channels on the telly means switch it off and relax.. .

never again - stay away. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days in a quadruple room (2 adults and 2 children). one bed was broken as per the attached photos and although I immediately reported the problem to the reception, no one came to fix it and for the entire stay I could not sleep in the bed (we had to sleep in 3 in a double bed). I was told that the hotel manager was not present on the weekend and although after my stay I wrote to the reception several times to ask for a partial refund, no one was able to help me. Scandalous attitude from the concierge, very unpleasant hotel with terrible customer service. .

Good value for money, great location and spotlessly clean. Excellent location, very handy for the Gare du Nord and transport links in general - spotlessly clean. Single rooms (particularly the bathroom) very small.
