Beautiful hotel and location, at the wrong time. The room had an astonishing view on the General Charles De Gaulle Esplanade. The room was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Exceptional breakfast. La Defense is usually an interesting location - for its architecture and the vibrant "Business Centre" feel that one gets when reaching the place during a normal working day. However, on a Sunday in the middle of Christmas festivities, it had a "Ghost Town" feel instead. No restaurants or bar open around, almost nobody around in the streets, desert Esplanade. Don't go at Christmas time! No complementary water or fresh water sources to refill bottles around the premises..

Pleasant. Great location. The elevator and room door system is a nightmare! I had to change my card several times during my stay to be able to access my room and elevator. I propose that they change that.
