Very disappointed . Hello I had a very bad experience from the beginning firstly there is no lift if you have luggage and then the staff are quite rude and unaproachable. Next they have no washing machine to wash clothes. Next my room was so small i couldn't take 2 bit steps either direction. Next they cleaned my room and changed the bedding etc on the third day after me having to request it and argue with them. Next the room had no window and it got very very hot even though the country is cold when I was there i had to keep the air conditioning open. Next the water in the shower room builds up on the floor as the hole is blocked where water exits from so all your feet are in dirty water. To be honest there is too many issues in this hotel i don't have time to go through . My advice is there is many hotels near by this hotel go elsewhere if you want to have a happy holiday.. .

Sehr schlechter Service . Schon beim Ankunft hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es insgesamt schlecht ist. Es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden und ich musste mit meinem schwierigen Koffer bis zur 4.Etage steile Treppen steigen. Fenster gingen nicht richtig zu, da die Griffe beschädigt waren. Bei Meldung an der Rezeption hat man mir gesagt, dass jemand am nächsten Tag zur Reparatur vorbeikommen wird - bis zum letzten Tag ist niemand da gewesen. WC Sitz war auch beschädigt und rutschte immer wenn man drauf saß. Bettlaken hatte sichtbare Flecken, nur durch Meldung wurde der Raum mal betreten um die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Ich durfte nach meinem Check-out noch meinen Koffer an der Rezeption stehen lassen, damit ich noch den Tag in den Umgebung verbringen kann - nur deshalb den zweiten Stern. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Service, nur zum Übernachten geeignet, angenehmer Aufenthalt ist nicht möglich. Die Umgebung ist auch eher merkwürdig und man sieht kaum noch türkische Einheimische. . .

Clean, comfortable hotel. In general, as the title says, it is a clean and comfortable place. The rooms are clean, a big plus is that it was renovated recently, so everything is new. One thing to note, is that the hotel is actually an old building that seemed to be an apartment building, just aconditionated as a hotel. Therefore, you will not find the normal reception, or a waiting hall, it is a bit "informal" but nothing to worry about. At the end, if what you want is a clean bed and a good bathroom to stay, this place has that without a question. The breakfast is OK, nothing really special. It seems that the hotel is getting a relaunch or something like that, therefore the "new" before "Fatih Hotel". So the staff is having the intention to help you with everything, sadly their English skills are not the best ones but they have a good will to serve you and keep you happy. Sadly, I would not recommed the hotel because the location is not very suitable for sight seeing. The public transport connections are bad. In Istanbul, the simple transportation methods are the tram and the subway, and both are quite far away from the hotel. Metro is almost 700mts away, and tram about 1.5km away. If you want to go to the Topkapi palace, you need to take the metro and then the tram, so you spend around 30 minutes in that. There is a bus stop nearby, but believe me, it is not worthy to spend your time learning how to use the bus system. Better to spend your time enjoying the city.. .

Great Location. It was very good stay. Hotel staffs are very co-operative and manager also very nice person. i felt no problem in my stay. They guide very nicely for visiting places in Istanbul. Location is great close to the all important locations.. .

Yardim sever personel . Fatih bolgesinde kalmayi dusununler icin tavsiye edebilecegim temiz sessiz sakin bir hotel..yardim sever guler yuzlu personeline hersey icin tesekkur ederim..TV banyo minibar ve klima sorunsuz calisiyor..oda yatak carsaflar wc v.s gayet temiz..herkese tavsiye ederim..otel 4 katli belirtmeliyim ki sadece asansor yok ama eşyalar için personel yardımcı oluyor... .

. Pour tout vous dire , je dirais qu’il devrait revoir leurs photos. Rien ne correspond avec les images. J’ai annulé mon séjour dans cet hôtel dès mon arrivée. L’hôtel est sale et les escaliers un cauchemard!. .
