Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Never had a chance to stay nobody opened the door. The fact that I waited for more than an hour outside in the snow with my pregnant wife and nobody answered until I decided to leave for another hotel.

Don't expect a clean bathroom.. Positive Cheap accomodation.  Comfortable bed.  The area was close to most attractions reached by walking, metro, bus, ships etc. Variety of restaurant & shop for all budgets.  A kettle was provided, but no cups, mugs spoons nothing.  Yahoo Mail: Search, Organize, Conquer. Negitive  Arinna hotel The bedroom area was so small it was difficult to get into bed from the sides, but it was clean enough. The TV didn't work & after writing numourous messages (all week) to the man responsible who had repeatedly promised to get it fixed, however he did not bother.  The bathroom was full of black damp (which we only noticed with specks) the floor was filthy dirty & the toilet was so badly stained that we couldn't removed it with no chemicals (it looked & is terribly unhygienic ) & the room smelt of sewage & damp especially over night. We would definitely not recommend this accommodation. Disastrous, strong smell of humidity, I had to look for another hotel.. Locatios is good. The booking photos are not the reality of the room, The room had a strong smell of humidity, the shower was broken and was not suitable for bathing, had fungus and were rusted all parts of the bathroom, the wall had fungus and this generated the strong smell, the first night I arrived no one answered my call, so I had to look for another hotel..

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”. “I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bedding and towels felt dirty and unwashed, the bathroom was disgustingly filthy, and I felt repulsed even using it to shower. The surroundings were disgusting. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the event we attended. As for the staff, I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior. They were completely uninterested in guest feedback and incredibly rude, often responding to our complaints with sarcasm and mockery. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”. Bathroom.

You get what you pay for. Rokm was fine.. Room was fine. You get what you pay for so can't moan really.. I was there for 2 weeks and the room wasn't cleaned once. I sent a text asking for clean bedding and the person didnt work there. When i arrived at the hotel i contacted them and noone came for a hour to let me in...

Happy Stay. Staff was good and friendly. They accommodated our luggage after check out time. Arranged taxi at check out. Location was nice woth all amenities nearby.. Location provided in email was not correct. It took extra time to find the Taxim no 1 suites and made taxi driver annoyed..
