A good option to stay near the Old City. Overall, the hotel and its facilities are in good condition. We chose this hotel based on its location and positive reviews. While the check-in process took a bit longer due to multiple guests arriving at the same time, the staff was courteous throughout.
We initially booked a standard room with a double bed, but the view faced a wall, which we didn’t quite like. The reception staff was helpful and promptly accommodated our request to switch to a room with twin beds. This new room was more spacious and had a slightly better view.
That said, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. There was no toilet brush available, which was unusual, and I had to request cotton pads several times. Additionally, the sink tap was not very convenient to use.
On a positive note, the breakfast was varied and nutritious, offering plenty of options to start the day. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, despite a few shortcomings, it turned out to be a good choice.. .

Great Place at the Centre of Happening in Istanbul. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond during my stay. They were always ready to assist and even proactively offered me a late checkout on the last day, making my departure hassle-free. NOTHING TO MENTION.

Nice Hotel, not too sure about the Old City. This hotel is OK, it was clean but very warm, found it hard to sleep at night due to the heating in the hotel and the very soft bed and pillows. It was very clean though, bottles of water left in room every day was nice and the staff we met seemed really nice. The local area is not nice though, its more like a middle eastern city than a European one, its about a 20 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar which is a total waste of time, just keep walking another 10 minutes and it far better, better everything. The old town you cant seem to find a breakfast café anywhere. First and last time in Istanbul. Hotel good, Old city is crap.. .
