Per il Amore di Roma. Everything was perfect and thanks to the reception staff, and the housekeeping lady who’s always been there for our confort. Everything perfect.

A very friendly, pleasant place to stay that is clean and modern near station.. Very near Termini Sation and metro, so walked to to the Hotel. When i arrived I buzzed at the door, the rception was on 2nd Floor. One of the most important things is good customer service. The recepetionists speak english and were always friendly with a smile. The place is very clean and modern. It has a shop across the room and many places to eat near by.. It something that can't be change but I would still go back to stay. You have a separate bathroom outside your room that only you have key too. I have stayed at other places in Italy and these people were so nice..

Great stay near Roma Termini. Staff were very friendly and cheerful - they helped me with my luggage up and down the few steps before the elevator. They respected my “Do not disturb” sign outside the door on the days I really need to rest. Spacious room with fridge. Bed linen was clean! The heated towel rack was helpful. Free water and coffee in common areas a bonus.. .

Would stay again. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Great location to explore Rome and so handy for everything. Nothing really. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable..

Overall, I am satisfied and grateful to the staff for their hospitality.. Even though I arrived at the hotel a few hours early, the receptionist kindly arranged for me to check in at 11 AM instead of 2 PM and also stored my bag in a locker. The room is located just two minutes from the main building and is quite comfortable for a solo traveler. The bathroom was newly renovated and very convenient. The room had all the basic amenities needed. To reach the number, you have to overcome the adventures of Fort Boyard!))) To get to the room, you need to open four doors, but don’t worry—you’ll figure it out!))). Check-out was extended by an hour, allowing me to leave at 11 AM instead of 10 AM. Should you stay in this hotel? Yes - if you're only staying for a night.. Location was great as it was just across the street from Roma Termini station. Reception was very accommodating and offered a few recommendations as well. Would I recommend staying here? Yes - ONLY if you need a cheap place for the night and if you need to be near Roma Termini.. I would say that this hotel is good for a night stay. The facilities were basic and the room looked quite outdated. Bed was good enough. Toilet was quite small too. There's a lift available in the hotel but as with old buildings in Rome, the lift was quite small and could only fit 2 people and a few medium to large luggage. Not to mention that you need to climb a few steps of stairs from the main door to reach the lift - not much of a hassle but also not the most convenient. The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy so I will not recommend walking out and about at night. We only stayed here because of convenience as our train was cancelled that day and was rescheduled early the following day. It was reasonably priced for 1 night..
