HIt & miss. The location was ideal. Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Top Kapi etc. Area is more expensive in terms of restaurants etc. We could walk on the promenade as well. Unlimited water and teas/cofees offered.. We had to pass a foyer to get to our rooms (201 - 202). In this foyer area the resident dog slept, and urinated as well. It was disgusting having to pass this every time we went to you room. I did address with the day manager, who said they do clean. There was a distinct dog smell. So if you are allergic to dogs or OCD wrt cleanliness i will pass on this hotel.

One of the best hotels with one of the best views in Istanbul. The view from the room was the best part of the booking. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The cleaning services were provided everyday and it was a pure value for money.. .

Wonderful hotel, great value and amazing location. Would definitely go back.. Perfect location! Close to the old town and the tram station. You can pretty much walk all the way through the spice bazar or take the tram to other parts of the city.
Room is very spacious and super clean, with a good-size bathroom. Linens are also superb, with a very particular/delightful scent. I would absolutely recommend staying at the Seatanbul hotel. Great location at a great value.. There were some noise/construction going on at the property from the early morning through late afternoon, which was somewhat annoying (particularly in the mornings) but not a major issue..
