Shocking and disappointing. Location Only. My Wife Martine ZREIK stayed at The Square Milano in Milan and had a terrible experience. O she was robbed during her stay. Two rings were stolen from the room.
She immediately reported the incident to the hotel and filed an official police complaint, but the hotel showed zero interest in helping. They did not cooperate with any investigation, did not follow up, and basically washed their hands of the situation. She was even told that they “cannot deal with the room service people”, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Despite the seriousness of the situation, the management did nothing — no support, no accountability, no attempt to resolve or even properly address what happened. The whole situation was handled very poorly and felt like a total mess.
A hotel should be a place where guests feel safe. This was absolutely not the case here.
Definitely not a hotel I would recommend staying in..

快適！. まず立地は最高！
オペラガルニエからすぐの所にあり、日本食街・ギャラリーラファイエットなどデパートに行きやすい。ルーブル美術館へもまっすぐ歩けば着く。なのでルーブルからノートルダム大聖堂も歩けるし、又は地下鉄でルイヴィトン美術館へ一本で行ける観光コースもとりやすい。
私が宿泊したのは501号室で、パリでは申し分ないほどの部屋の広さと清潔感、そして水圧良し！
受付はどの方も親切です。タクシーも呼んでくれ、いつもすぐに来る。
朝食は付けてないので分かりません。
次またパリに来る事があったら絶対にここに泊まります！！！かなりおすすめ！. エレベーターが狭い？くらい？
でもこれはフランスでは当たり前。なんならエレベーターのないホテルもあるので、あるだけで最高！.
