. If there is no problem, you might have an ok experience, but if there is, apparently, staff feel entitled to yell at you and treat you like they are the prison warden and you are the inmate. To be fair, the person working the next morning was very nice and professional, as she had been before. She apologized and told me that a defect light cable was the problem. It seemed like a safety hazard to me and it was unclear since when they knew or if they had worked on it while I was not in my room.. Avoid this place, crazy things happen there The hotel itself is less than average, my room was extremely small, no door at the toilet, not very clean, and extremely noisy. One evening I came back and no lights in my room were working. I told the person at the reception and she said she already knew. For the next hour I sat in the dark and nothing happened. When I came back down to politely ask for a light, she was chatting on her phone and immediately got aggressive, tearing into me for inconveniencing her. I seriously got yelled (!) at for not being able to speak French and told there was nobody who could be reached, who could communicate with me in English at all (in 2026, in Paris!). I asked to speak to a manager, she told me “I am the manager”. The next minutes she spent typing offensive messages into her phone and shoving their translations into my face (“Who do you think you are? You do not tell me what to do”). It was bizarre. If somebody told me, I would have said they exaggerated. For another two hours, the light did not get fixed, but she continued to be rude, coming up with reasons why this was my fault, such as my laptop charger must be the problem. After hours, I was told to pack my things in the dark and move to an identical room one floor down, but I first had to show her that my laptop did not cause the lights to blow out. The receptionist was so far removed from any even remotely professional conduct, it was actually frightening. If people behave this unstable and out-of-role, there is no telling what they might do next. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything even close to this. As a hotel, how can you let this happen and have somebody out-of-control like this work there without oversight? If you have any other option, my recommendation is to avoid this place..

Bel emplacement et amabilité du personnel. La situation, le calme et la propreté. La taille de la douche trop petite.

. Not far from La Defense area. Several shops around for basic needs.. Too tiny. Breakfast is a joke. Overated. I was deceived by the rating on booking.com. I dont know how they got so highly rated..
