Passable. The room was clean and tidy .
The breakfast was simple but nice .. 1 - The staff at the reception was all the time in their phones . Not welcoming . Not providing any type of information about anything in the hotel - simply unprofessional - there was 2 young guys at the reception - just ignoring me while i was speaking to them and looking at their phones . No hi - No bye ! Overall just poor management I would say .
2 - The room was clean and tidy but cold !
The thermostat in the room i guess is setup automatically up to 17-18 degrees but that’s not enough, even if you put it on max it doesn’t do anything . Winter in Paris is very cold - the heating should be able to adjust manually from the guests for preferable temperature .. after all - we pay for it . Why stayed in cold room and catch a cold there - which made our trip miserable and stressful. This is very important and an issue have be resolved !
3 - The name is misleading - “B&B “. The breakfast is not included in the price you pay for - it should be bed and breakfast included in what you pay ! As far as i know that’s the meaning of “B&B” otherwise why name it like that ? Just add the extra €10 in the price for the room tare and make it “B&B” on which i wouldn’t mind - not ask me to pay extra for what i booked and didn’t get !.

Good. mostly everything - clean, location, nice staff, all went smooth. hardly had hot water. was very frustrating, and I think very basic to expect.
also - the tv was with out wifi, so wasn't able to connect the phone. again - kind of basic to expect..
