Cozy and Friendly. Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by staff on arrival and were able to check in a little before check in time as our flight came in early. Our room was exceptional and very conveniently placed. It made it easier to get in and out of the building and we were able to enjoy our breakfast and dinner times. We also sat during tea time. The snacks and drinks were amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would also stay again.. .

Great area of paris. Nice hotel in a great area of paris. Downside is that metro is a bit of a walk. Room was small but nice and qualitative. I had to return home one day earlier due to family circumstances. I really appreciate they did not charge the last night! There is also a spa in did nit visit.. .

Loved the location and would stay here again. I traveled with my daughter and granddaughter, the room size worked well for us. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
The best part was the location. Very safe and walkable to many attractions.. The room was a bit dated and could use a refresh, especially the carpet. Getting hot water for a shower was a challenge and once it got hot it didn’t last long. Not sure if that is something fixable but it was frustrating and the reason for only 4 stars..

Fabulous. We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Saint Michel. It's located in a lovely and central area of Paris with some of our favorite boulangeries. It was an easy walk to most places and the Luxembourg gardens were only a 2 minute walk away, as was the RER B station which made it easy to get to CDG airport. We had been traveling a lot by the time we arrived that night. We were greeted by the friendly and helpful Lillian who was a ray of light throughout our one week stay. She took time to suggest places of interest and really listened and offered us a late checkout free of charge, although we didn't end up needing this. We enjoyed the breakfast in the beautiful basement restaurant and the afternoon tea in the lobby. We were given an upgrade to a balcony room which was gorgeous. The room was small but well appointed. The bed was really comfortable and just what we needed after walking all day. The bath/shower was also much appreciated. Everyone at this hotel was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return and have recommended this hotel to family and friends.. .
