Good option for tourists wanting to spend time exploring the old town but with good tram link to the other side of the r. Good location within walking distance of so much. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms and very clean and modern. Breakfast was ok but not amazing..

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were friendly and service orientated. The tourist sights were within walking distance as well as great shopping places. The buffet Turkish breakfast was excellent. There was nothing I didn't like.

Very good. 1) Staff was very helpful and courteous.
2) Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and floors mopped everyday.
3) Location of the hotel is ideal if visiting major landmarks is on your itinerary.
Special acknowledgement for the incharge of Breakfast area and Gul, the receptionist.. 1) Air-conditioning was tricky to figure out and room temperature kept creeping up to 30 degrees celsius . Even room service couldn't figure out the reason for same. In the end, we slept with windows open.
2) Limited selection in breakfast. It would help to add a selection of brown bread, cereals and fruits. But in fairness, they have great selection of Turkish food..

Poor. It is close to some tourist attractions. Quiet at night.. In the photos it is a lovely little hotel that is situated in a beautiful area BUT IN REALITY it is facing some shabby abandoned building in a narrow street. We booked corner suite with hammam, arrived in anticipation using it, but it was fake hammam, just a shower. You are misleading your guests. The room was small, it is definitely not a SUITE! Everything is a lie and fake. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Very disappointing! For this price you could stay in a nice hotel with a beautiful view!.
