. Had an absolutely wonderful stay. One of the best booking experiences we've had so far. Not only was the staff incredibly kind, accommodating and efficient, but also went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. We highly encourage anybody who's hesitating to make the booking to do so immediately, you will not regret it. Near to all amazing sight-seeing locations, local eateries nearby, public transport was accessible as well.. .

. The best hotel ive stayed in, right in the middle of all the tourist attractions, the owner and his family are the most welcoming people. Private transit is available also for a good price. I’ll definitely be back. .

. First of all they updated my room to superior which was great. Although the bathroom did not have proper hot water supply, a hotel staff explained that issue came from the bulb pressure but that never worked during my stay.On top of that, red water came out from the tap, probably iron oxides from the pipe I was not sure what that was.. .

. The staff is very polite and accommodating.No problem with English communication. Bottled water provided daily. Air conditioned. Clean. Met several returning customers who were all happy staying at this place time again. The host is eager to help with local information, like where to eat and shop. Provided me a public transportation card with clear instructions (I have to add fare to the card). When it's time for me to head to the airport, the staff pre-arranged a taxi for me at a reasonable price (way lower than Uber or any cab you can find on the street). This place is very close to attractions within walking distance. The bus to the ferry is also 3 minutes away by foot.. .

. Room was very clean with all facilities same as 3 star hotel but with lower price ,suitable for up to 2 or 3 persons. There is no elevator and its only problem is steps . .

. Loved this spot. It’s more like an apartment or air b n b, which was completely fine for us! The bed was comfortable and it was just a 5 min walk from the busy part of Athens, which means it was quiet at night. They do not have staff on site but we have zero issues with this. You really cannot find a better value for the cost and location; highly recommend!. .

. Our stay at the Turna Hotel was exceptional! Before we arrived at Istanbul, I had requested to get a floor on the first floor because stairs are not good for me right now due to health conditions. They immediately responded via Expedia and arranged a room on the first floor for us! Ali, his dad, Erol, and Gulsha (sorry if I'm spelling their name wrong ) were all really nice and hospitable! And they helped us with good information for whatever we needed to know. The hotel was clean, washroom, and bedsheets were clean. The hotel room and washroom looks newly renovated. There was always ample amount of water bottles and they always asked whether we needed anything if we were running out of anything (water, toilet paper, soap etc ) Everything was close to the hotel, affordable and good restaurants to eat, Aya Sophia, blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar are all walkable distance. The masjid, little Aya Sophia is 1 min walk from the Turna Hotel to do your daily prayers. Ali recommended this affordable and good restaurant which was just 4 min walk where we had breakfast usually. It was good pricing with good food. They even found us a cheaper taxi to get back to the airport. Overall this is the best place and the best people in Istanbul! I would definitely come back whenever I comeback to Istanbul. They treated us just like family! If I were to give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars. Thank you the TURNA TEAM, you guys are the best!!! . .
