I loved this hotel. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and loved the staff!. I loved the staff! Fabulous, informative, pleasant, always smiling and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed every interaction with every staff member. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great with tons of hot water and great water pressure.
While I was there another hotel customer was berating a staff member because the tickets for an event that were booked by the hotel were too expensive. The front desk was very accommodating to this client, very apologetic despite being treated not so nicely. The staff member did not deserve this treatment as the lady should have booked her own tickets! But the way the issue was handled by the staff member was impeccable.. The only thing I didn’t like was my balcony. I had the view of the inner walls and wish I would’ve known that prior to booking as that was important to me..

Great neighborhood, amazing staff, and a lovely small pool to relax in.. The staff was incredible. From Helen to Arturo to our masseuse, we were very happy with everyone. I really liked the location as well. It was perfect because it was a 4 minute walk to my parents hotel.. My only complaint is that our room was very small compared to my parents room at their hotel down the road. But that wouldn’t detour us from staying there again..
