Great hotel. The location is fantastic, close to everything. Walking distance from great cafes and super close to any metro stations. The staff were super super nice, kept our luggage in the hotel until we were able to check in and did the same again when we checked out until we were ready to leave. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, nothing broken or dirty. We lost some jewellery in the hotel and they were able to find it and keep it safe until we picked it up. There was nothing that we did not like.. .

The location and staff is nice. Location and staff is amazing!. The acoustic is poor, I woke up in the middle of the night with people arriving on the next bedroom talking loudly. The breakfast could be better, feel options of food only..

I was pleased by location and staff was nice, but room was a disappointment.. Location was very good for neighborhood, transportation, museums. Beautiful Art Nouveau features evident only in facade and hidden in stairway. Needs update to lobby, rooms. Poor lighting in room, and tiny desk was dark and unusable. Elevator small and slow. Breakfast room in basement nice but cramped and windowless..

Loved this hotel!. We loved the location of this hotel. The staff was efficient and helped us as needed. The hotel and room itself was so charming! We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. Also easy to walk from the train station and we also really enjoyed the proximity to The Arc. Highly recommend!!. .

Good room but disappointed by other circumstances. Lovely hotel but there are a couple of unfortunate elements. It’s built around a central courtyard with very thin windows - which meant that every night a man would smoke in the courtyard and the smoke smell would infiltrate into our room even with closed windows and curtains. We complained and the hotel manager came into our room, acknowledged the smell (since they claim to be non smoking) and the man left. However the same thing happened the next night. They claim to be soundproof - absolutely incorrect as the same smoker, had a conversation on his phone in the courtyard at 7am waking us all up. Can also hear all the bumps from above and outside the doors. The other strange point is they make you leave the key at reception every time you leave… and I’m not sure what prevents anyone from walking in and asking for the room number, they never check for ID?. .

great location, leopard print flooring.. Hotel was a perfect location, really easy to get to the Eiffel Tower, and go to all the other landmarks. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and if we had any questions they answered, I requested a nicer view as it was my birthday whilst I was there, they put us up on the 7th floor room number 704. The view wasn’t that great, but I guess it was nice to see the sunrise in the morning. The room was very compact! Comfortable bed, shower was nice. Room had a few mould issues & rust. The pictures that they have on here of the bedrooms, aren’t what we had at all. The elevator says it can have up to 6 people but honestly I’d say 4 normal size and that’s all.. .

Superb. The location is amazing, we were able to walk to most of the main tourist attractions. All of the staff were extremely nice. Hot water was available all the time. The hotel room was clean and nice.. .
