After that lack of empathy, I stayed at the Hotel Lutetia and loved it.. Normally I like this hotel.. I was given a dark little room with the shower in a bathtub. No elevator. I had booked 5 nights for 2 weeks later after an operation I was to have but when I asked them for a nicer room with a walk-in shower and an elevator, they said they couldn’t guarantee anything. So I canceled..
