Exceptional. I like to appreciate the reception staff Mr. Andry and Mr. Muhammad both were excellent and very helpful I gave them 5 star for their professionally and I want to thanks Ms. Zubaida the house keeping staff she was taking care of all cleaning parts of room not leaving a single part without cleaning, thanks for all Parma team..
