Great! Especially Alessandro! . The hotel is great value for money with comfortable clean rooms and a nice breakfast of fresh croissants and amazing coffee. The staff are wonderful especially Alessandro who always had time to chat even if he was busy, he offered valuable information about Rome without being asked and without selling any extras like tours, he just wanted us to enjoy Rome! There are some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk, Termini station is 15 minute walk straight up the road which is where the hop on hop off buses start from. We would stay here again. Thank you! . .

Nice sold centrally located hotel. Francesca at reception is a star. Both lovely and helpful. Hotel is very nice and well located. Rooms comfortable. Only major disappointment is that housekeeping never changed the sheets, even when we put the change sign on the bed. Overall a great stay.. .

Exceptional. The hotel is lovely small, quiet and clean, we had a room which had a big balcony, the staff we're lovely always happy to help. Its a 10min walk to the main Train station and there are 2 underground stations near by and the system is very simple to use. The only thing missing was we couldnt make a cup of coffee/tea in the room. There is a lovely little shop across the road which serves coffee and food and some lovely wine. We will be back to Rome again and we plan in staying here its a lovely place.. No coffee/tea avaible in the room..

Miss. First the hotel is overrated as 3 stars , I won’t give any star for this hotel. The breakfast is basic everyday the same and there is no a type of cheese or Ham. You can hear the nose of the cars and metro from your room. All the furniture in the hotel old from beds, lights and toilets. Housekeeping they don’t change your bed sheet.. .

Exceptional. Staff was really friendly, the breakfast was simple, but included everything what was needed.. The neighborhood has the opinion of being unfriendly to tourists also the bathroom lacked airrefresher..

No great luxury, but I recommend it for budget trips.. The quality-to-price ratio is appropriate. It’s a good, affordable room option. A big plus is the breakfast. A big plus for cleanliness, care, and the staff’s openness. The reception is open 24/7, and everything was arranged smoothly and in a good atmosphere.. Our stay was in January, so it was a bit cold, and we had to wait for the room to warm up after returning..

I'm not recommended this hotel. Price, breakfast, stuff, and clean. Very small room, uncomfortable bed, don't have toothpaste and toothbrush, no slippers, no mini bar, no coffee machine or electric kettle, no hairdryer.

Budget hotel. We arrived around 17:00. The guy which was making for us check in was very nice and helpful. We got a room on the first floor for 5 nights. Our room was clean and tide up every day. The breakfast was included: croissants, cereals and drinks. In the room we found all necessary stuff: hairdryer, soap, shower gel, towels, TV, fridge. The towels were very thin, the kind that is used for kitchen, but bigger. When we asked for a thicker towels, they said that they don't have any other kind. The rooms in this hotel are so noisy, they are NOT sound proof at all, we could hear every conversation, move and toilet flush of our neighbours, each morning we was waking up because of this sound (at 6:00 - 7:00 o'clock in the morning). The location isn't the best, but you can't expect a lot for this price. However, it's near to the bus and tram stop (2 min walking). All staff were very friendly, apart from one receptionist (the oldest one): one evening, while we was going for a walk he stopped us and in quite rude way, in front of other guests, said that we still didn't pay the traveler fees and that we need to pay it now(even if his colleague informed us that we can pay any time before our checkout), he should definitely pass some course-update on how to behave with the guests. The fees are 4€per person,per night. Overall it's a nice solution for a budget vacation.. .
