. I wanted a moderately priced hotel in the Sultanahmet district close to me tourist attractions. Seven hills was perfect. There is no closer hotel to the Hagia Sofia. The concierge expected us and greeted me by name. His English was flawless which is great because my Turkish is nonexistent. Check in was easy. If you don’t have tours rebooked the hotel can arrange a guide. The staff was pleasant and always greeted us warmly as we came and went. My one quibble is that the jets in my tub didn’t work but I didn’t really care. Just having a soak in a tub after a long hot day was luxurious. . .

5 star service and views . Great hotel, location and terrace with a beautiful view of the city and water. For the price point, Seven Hills was fantastic value. I especially appreciated the service of the staff, and in particular Kadir, who welcomed me. I arrived at 1am and upon entering my room he noticed a problem that he was not happy about, so immediately went about finding me another room without me even asking, and then brought me a plate of Turkish Delight…it’s those little things that leave lasting memories and I only wish I could thank him enough. Seven Hills, he will be hired by the Four Seasons across the road if you don’t promote him soon! Not only him, but every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful.. .

. Our stay at Seven Hills Hotel was exceptional. We were offered a room upgrade to their largest room w/ view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from our windows! Both were in easy walking distance. We could not have had a better location in Old Town. Guest services were above and beyond. Our Concierge Ozzy helped us set up a private tour guide and Kadir, our bellman made us Taxi reservations at a good price. We loved staying here with the 2 person jacuzzi bathtub and the rooftop bar with fantastic views! . .

. Seven Hills Hotel was the perfect home base for our time in Istanbul. The location couldn’t be better. It was right in the heart of the old city, just steps from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They booked our hammam experience and arranged airport transfers, which made everything feel easy and taken care of. Their attention to detail really stood out. The rooftop terrace was a highlight. The view of the city and the Bosphorus was stunning, and the restaurant had great food in a peaceful setting. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day. Everything about our stay felt smooth, thoughtful, and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.. .
