Staff gave me a gift for my birthday during our visit.
Would highly recommend. Easy access to metro, bus, shops. Now have kettle in room too.. Everything was great!.

We were very pleased with the location and staff. Have recommended to my son who will soon be visiting. Location. Clean. Warm. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very good for my liking. My family, on the other hand, wanted more food.

Very poor. Nothing. Rooms were very small and the hotel has a strange policy of holding on to your key when you leave the room. Supposedly a fire safety issue. I didn’t feel safe leaving all of my belongings there. We also had no control over the temperature in the room which made it hard to sleep as it was very hot in the room. If you are tall beware you will be very uncomfortable staying in this room..

Our stay was comfortable and in a good spot. The cleaning staff was very good but the bed bugs!!!!. Location was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful.. I had bed bugs in my room! Did not realize what it was at first but every night I was bitten a little more!! I finally saw a bug and was totally grossed out!!.
