Great location and staff. Good location, 5 min walk to metro and train station.
Staff were all very good - glass of cava on arrival was a much welcomed touch, as was the celebratory cava they left for us too ☺️
Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very stylish.. The room got very hot, as still considered winter when we came (March) so air conditioning not on, only hot air, meaning the room could get up to 26+.

Excellent hotel for visiting Barcelona. Excellent place for visiting Barcelona. Location is ideal for visitors, close to the Sants railway station with trains direct to the airport, close to a couple of the Metro lines and on the Tourist Bus route. Staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable. Only possible concern is the aircon. It was on in my room when I arrived and the temperature was 25 deg, much too warm but the system did not appear to allow you to set a temp below 25 degrees. Not a problem in March when I went, I just turned it off and the temperature was reasonable but it may be a problem in the middle of the summer. I don't know if this was just a single faulty controller or if the controllers are all set to 25 degrees minimum.. .

IT WAS FIRST AND LAST TIME. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. We have given a room 611 which has a door to access to next room. Very old it needs rufurbishment. Charging tourist tax 6.5€ per person per night. It is far from city centre. Breakfast is no good. British Airways should not have sold tickets for this hotel. There are nicer hotels and very close to historical places. .

Great location, friendly staff, and comfy beds, but the rooms were small, cold, and had a dirty toilet with corrosion.. I loved the leather beds, and the staff were friendly. The location is great, with the metro and train station nearby, making travel to and from Madrid easy. It’s also close to Plaza de España, perfect for the New Year celebrations.. What I didn’t like was the toilet, which had a strong unpleasant smell and visible corrosion, the rooms were very small, and they were too cold with the heater not spreading the warmth properly, making my sleep uncomfortable..

It was first and last time. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel at all and also not in the city center. It needs refurbishment. Broken and scratched toilet seats, air conditioner does not work properly.Every where black long hairs whoever belongs to. There is extra door inside room to access next door. It was all noise coming from behind the door. Have a breakfast outside much much better. Do not use hotel lift it looks like dangerous and wobbly.. .
