Weekend Stay. Horrible experience, heating not working g in room in outside temperature close to zero, repeatedly complained the reception yet nothing done,bathroom and the room dated & smelling like sewer, toiletries were a joke. Room not properly cleaned not vacuumed. Breakfast of very poor quality, bread was stale so were the croissants, cold cuts were like there for days, no other option offered like cheese or even eggs. Front office desk staff very rude and arrogant, not at all professional or guest friendly. I could not find one small positive point mention. I can only suggest not to ever book this hotel, nothing less then a NIGHTMARE weekend staying at this hotel. If required I can upload pictures.. .

. The property is dated and facilities are very poor. The rating should be maximum 2 stars. The breakfast was so limited as good as none existence. . .

Stay Away. This place is disgusting. Door card didn't work twice. Room had a horrible smell. Breakfast was a joke. Parking was around the street in a very bad location for robbery.. .

NON WORKING AC - Avoid at all costs. I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi in Rome, and it was an absolute nightmare! Despite its misleading four-star rating, this hotel barely deserves two stars. Where do I even begin? First off, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. Rome's summer heat is unbearable, and without proper cooling, my room felt like an oven. I was drenched in sweat every night, unable to get a decent night's sleep. Tried to switch us to a different room and all were 28 degrees plus! To make matters worse, the toilet seat in the bathrooms of both rooms we had were loose and wobbly, threatening to fall off every time used. It's ridiculous and downright dangerous! Customer service was decent but the situation could not be fixed as they were unwilling to give a refund so we could stay at another hotel that was in working condition. Breakfast staff was nice but higher management clearly doesn’t have the customer’s best interests in mind. As if that wasn't enough, the whole hotel had a stench. Being a historic establishment this is expected but it is clear it has not been well kept. The management should be ashamed of the conditions they've allowed to persist. Save yourself and avoid Hotel Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi. Don’t spend your hard-earned money on a place that won’t accommodate your needs!. .

Average....Just average. Def not 4 star. The room was average. Quite dark. The down light in front of the wardrobe was out as were the two over the bathroom cabinet making it very difficult for my husband to shave or me to apply makeup.. I asked for them to be replaced after the first night and the second night. By the 3rd night we just wanted to go. The lights were never fixed. The breakfast was certainly average. I've seen reviews stating they will make scrambled eggs if you ask. We were not told this. Also very small breakfast room that we shared with more than 20 unsupervised children running amok. Only one powerpoint in room making charging your things very difficult. And power only works when you are in the room so you can't charge things when you leave for the day. Average... just average. Certainly not 4 star.. .

Bad experience . We ordered a classic room, but it didn’t match 4* level. #The mirror frame in the bathroom is broken #Shower base is very old and glass wasn't clean #There are some problems with electricity in the bathroom #The lamps near the bedroom dont work #no shelves in the bathroom and shower, no hanging facilities for towels (there is on above the lavatory seat😕) #there weren't shampoo in the bathroom (needed to ask) and no hair conditioner at all. After complaining to the customer service, they moved us to the superior room, which was much better, but still without refreshens of toiletries. And the worst experience was breakfast- cup of cafe/tea, bakery and cold sausages cannot be defined as breakfast - no eggs, no vegetables, no any kind of cheese, no hot dishes. There was a juice as well, but spoiled. But also the property has a great location and acceptable for public transportation. .
