. A great budget option for first time stay in istanbul due to its location.Located near one of the ferry ports of istanbul. Within walking distance of the main tourist spots (about 25-30 min). There is also a metro station (Kumkapi) 5 mins from the hotel. The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly which made for a pleasant stay. . .

Une très bonne surprise.... Accueil excellente, chambre propre, lit confortable, petit frigo... Hôtel situé dans un endroit plutôt charmant quand on a déjà fait le tour de la ville mais surtout stratégique car situé au niveau de plusieurs embranchement important (métro,tram,...). Prix totalement honnête je reviendrai avec plaisir... .

エアコンも冷蔵庫もきちんと働きました。
ただ、いくつか改善して欲しい点があります。
まず、hotels.comには洗濯設備があると書かれていましたが、実際にはなかった。記載が正確になるよう修正して下さい。
次に、2泊した翌日に部屋の清掃をするようレセプションにてお願いしましたが、清掃がされていませんでした。. .
