Not really a hotel. Not sure about this place positives are nicely designed and clean rooms. Outside metro nearby so also great. I am struggling with the set up it is not really a hotel but group of seperated rooms. Some rooms are outside. It doesnt give a hotel feeling.. .

Good and cozy hotel, great location and nice neighbourhood. We got a nice small but cozy room with a street view which w. Perfect location. Less than 1-minute-walk to Picpus metro station.. It was too cold in the bathroom..

Noise outweighs comfort and location..shame. Room is small and er cosy..clean and perfect for visits with little unpacking..but you will not sleep ..if your room faces the street...way too noisy..no insulation from street traffic or even passers by chatting ..it's a major negative. Earplugs won't work.... .

Superb. Very close to the metro and not too busy of a neighbourhood. Close to a roundabout so lots of traffic noise and could hear people talking loudly in the middle of the night outside.

Excellent location. Excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station. The room is clean and has an average size for budget hotels in Paris. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom has a good shower. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and you can adjust the temperature, although the mode (cooling or heating) is controlled by the staff. Additionally, the windows can be opened to let in fresh air.. There doesn’t seem to be a lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs may be necessary, though it wasn’t a problem for us. The Wi-Fi could be better..

Exceptional. The location is exceptionally good, the metro station is right across the street from the hotel, there are restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night, highly recommended!. .

I had a lovely time in Paris staying at the aptly named Le Cosy Hotel. Cosy and comfortable. Nothing.
