Superb. Hotel with class. Not the sterile modern places we so often find. Excellent staff. Great outside area. Quite. Good WiFi.. .

Very good. The best part of this place is their service! Especially, our dear Max, that recommended us the best scenario for our Rome vacation and surrounded us with endless care. Beyond that, this is cozy and romantic place, a bit off touristic traffic.. .

Wonderful little hotel with the friendliest of staff. Highly recommend this little cozy hotel in central Rome. Nice and clean rooms with everything you need. A nice frontyard were you could with and relax in mornings or evenings. Walking distance to the Colosseum (about 20-25 mins) but also easy access to both trams (line 3 goes all the way down in Trastevere in about 20 mins), metro (Manzoni station) or buses. But the best thing was the friendly and helpful staff. We were only staying four days but it almost felt like we got to know them. They asked about our day, gave good recommendations for places to go and made sure we had what we needed in our room. Also - very impressive with 24-hour reception service at such a small hotel.. .

Good stay. We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Rome, it is only 25 min walk from the Colosseum. The rooms are small but you have everything you need, the hotel is a bit old and some areas need to be maintained a bit better but overall good. Service was great, the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Their terrace is great.. .

From now on, I plan to always stay at Hotel Emona Aquaeuductus.. I llked the location; near enough from the termini but far enough away to get some quiet. I come into Roma at least twice a year just overnight on my way to my home on D'Isole Elba. From now on, I plan to always stay at Hotel Emona Aquaeuductus.. .

The hotel is nothing special—neither bad nor good. On the positive side, the room rates are relatively low compared to other options in Rome, and the staff is friendly. In Rome, the tourist flow is so high that few hoteliers pay attention to quality and pricing. Breakfast is quite modest, with only one hot dish: scrambled eggs. There are a couple of types of meat, cheese, and two kinds of cakes. Coffee and tea are available upon request. However, the hotel owners don’t charge 16-18 euros for it, as many other hotels do. You’re unlikely to find anything comparable in quality for 10 euros in the area.. Now for the downsides: location, in-room amenities, and cleanliness. The hotel is quite far from all the main attractions. You can walk to the Colosseum in 20–30 minutes through a not-so-pleasant neighborhood, and the same goes for Termini station. The walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Vatican takes even longer. It’s better to use public transport. The rooms are very small. The in-room safe and the entrance door are locked with an old-fashioned metal key. The bathroom and shower are tiny—I found the shower cramped even with my average height. The hotel is rather worn out and could use some renovation. Some of the bed linens are new, while others are old and faded..

Exceptional. Everything was incredible! We had bed and breakfast package for our first time in Rome. Breakfast was plenty and good quality, Lupi was amazing and kind at the mornings. The local fresh fruits were so juicy and delicious! Our room was spacious, we had an incredible view from the windows to an orange tree, the old town wall and neighbours. I loved the high ceilings, the tall windows, the stained bathroom glass window, our balcony and the stone flooring (so pretty!). Bed was comfortable, we slept very good. The location is super as it is very close to tram, bus and metro stations. You can also find free drinking water fountain nearby the hotel which I recommend to use, safe to drink all around Rome. Receptionists male staff were polite and nice every day and night. We are sad to leave, but we hope to be back soon after perfecting our italian! 🥰. .
