Superb. Location was great, breakfast lovely. Staff really nice. Room got very warm at night and no air con working. Couldn’t open the windows as it was too noisy.

Spring Break. The room was as advertised and kept clean and tidy by housekeeping on a daily basis. The mini bar was topped up daily. The free breakfast was plentiful and fresh and continental as you'd expect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On initially arriving at the hotel they made us aware of the city (tourist) tax requirement which allowed us to budget our Euros according. Thank you all to the staff at Hotel Diana for a lovely break.. .

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff.. The hotel was beautiful as soon as you walked in the lobby, the reception staff were welcoming and also very helpful with any queries we had. They also went above and booked taxi’s for us rather than having us figuring it out ourselves. Our room was clean and every morning they came in and changed the sheets and towels and stocked the fridge which was such a lovely bonus they give you complimentary Pepsi , water and crisps every morning in your fridge. Gave you a great head start for water during the day. The breakfast was so tasty and the coffee was great. I ate my weight in pastries every morning! The rooftop bar for cocktails at night was phenomenal such a lovely atmosphere and the bar staff were great. I honestly cannot fault our hotel at all. They kept our bags stashed for us after check out as we had all day to go until our flight at night ( they did not charge us for this). It’s close to loads of lovely restaurants and shops and close to the tourist sites. Right next to a stop for their hop on hop off buses to. Amazing hotel and great staff.. .
