Leider muss ich sagen, dass der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine Enttäuschung war. Die Preise, die hier verlangt werden, sind unverhältnismäßig hoch und rechtfertigen sich einzig und allein durch die Aussicht, die zweifellos beeindruckend ist. Jedoch reicht eine schöne Aussicht nicht aus, um den Gesamteindruck eines Hotels zu verbessern.
Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber und ordentlich, aber keinesfalls den Preis wert, den man dafür zahlen muss. Es scheint, als ob man hier hauptsächlich für den Blick und nicht für den Komfort oder den Service zur Kasse gebeten wird.
Das Personal gibt sich Mühe und versucht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Dennoch bleibt der Service hinter den Erwartungen zurück, die durch die hohen Preise geweckt werden. Es mangelt an kleinen, aber wichtigen Details, die einen Aufenthalt erst wirklich angenehm machen.
Auch die öffentlichen Bereiche und die generelle Aufmachung des Hotels passen nicht zu den verlangten Preisen. Möchte man lediglich die Aussicht von der Terrasse genießen, wird einem schnell klar, dass dies ebenfalls viel zu teuer ist. Man hat das Gefühl, für jeden Blick extra zahlen zu müssen.
Zusammengefasst kann ich dieses Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen. Wer bereit ist, viel Geld nur für eine schöne Aussicht auszugeben, wird hier vielleicht zufrieden sein. Für alle anderen, die ein stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erwarten, ist dieses Hotel leider nicht die richtige Wahl.. .

5* Hotel . Concierge / front of house staff had a welcome smile and helpful at all times. Check-in went very smoothly and the porter explained everything in the room. Bedding was exceptional quality, room and bathroom was very clean, plenty of soaps, shampoos and more. Anything you wanted, they obliged, especially iron and bottled water. The room hot tub was welcome after a long day walking! Book the 7th floor room with balcony if you can. Relaxing hotel in a busy street, and I would definitely stay again. . .

. 空港鉄道に乗り換え1回でアクセスできる地下鉄Sishane駅の出口目の前、
且つ旧市街中心部に行ける路面電車のTophane駅へも坂道を下って徒歩10分、ガラタ橋麓からはTunel線も通っており、観光にとても便利な立地です。
部屋も綺麗で毎日スリッパが取り替えられていて嬉しかったです。
スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。
