Hard, uncomfortable beds. I don't require much from a Hotel. If it's clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable, I am usually a happy camper.
Unfortunately this Hotel failed in the bed department. Our mattress was super hard. My lower back easily gets sore, and I woke up with aches and pains every morning, which progressively got worse with each night I stayed. I am glad we only stayed 4 nights.
Rooms are tiny, which is usual in Paris, and there is some street noise. I was woken up by some drunk hollering one of the nights. Service is OK, nothing special, but not bad.. .

A highlight of our stay!. This hotel was such a wonderful find! It's perfectly located in 8eme Paris and extremely close to Gallerie Lafayette, Opera Garnier, and Place de la Madaleine. This included a wide array of great restaurants in the area and a really nice walk to Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées and the Louvre. Thanks to this location, we basically walked everywhere while in Paris.
The real highlight is the hotel itself, a delightful combination of "boutique" with really spacious, modern and clean rooms. The bed is comfortable, the space is well designed and the shower has a delightful combo of hydromassage tub and excellent shower! They also have complimentary coffee and tea in the room, which was a nice touch. It was so great to arrive home to our room after a long day in Paris and we WILL be returning shortly!. .
