Visiting Istanbul. The location of this hotel is generally good; the staffs are ok and friendly, but the majority of them can not speak English, unfortunately. The street, a hotel located in, is narrow and too noisy. We had difficulty sleeping, especially at midnight; breakfast is ok but is not a buffet, and you will be charged if you ask for an extra omelet or something else.. .

Good location, good sized rooms - but pricey for what they offer as u cannot actually sleep properly and the breakfast w. The proximity to the nice areas. The walls are PAPER thin - you have never seen anything like that. You can listen like the alarms on the phones of 2 rooms away from u. The breakfast was big but not sure of the quality of the product was good, i noticed the cheese was directly below the AC blowing over extreme heat on it ..accross my room was a creepy guy working on the parking lot so u could never have the curtains open.

All the staff I came across with at the reception desk and at the breakfast restaurant were very welcoming and friendly.. Very warm and cozy. All good.

You can sit at room, one work table. To make your tea or coffee. There more one tea table. I was like it. You can see 🌉,. There is big room, all have. All is around new :) Personal caring, kind. Was warm. Breakfast was nice too. You can good rest at bed after walking all day, and be fresh at another day.. Bad can be more comfortable :).

A small friendly independent hotel.. This is a small independent hotel and excellent value for money. Friendly, helpful, comfy, a max 10 minute walk down the hill to the hub bub of the local area (we are slow walkers) Easy access to the waterfront, cobbled streets, cafes, restaurants and ferries. We stayed at a fraction of the cost the chain hotels charge and our room rate included a plentiful delicious Turkish breakfast.. The property was great. It’s quite a steep walk back up hill just because my husband doesn’t have the best mobility but you can always grab a taxi or take your time! Able bodied people wouldn’t have a problem and after eating the delicious Turkish food it wasn’t a bad thing to get in some steps!!.

Pleasant and comfortable. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Free coffee and tea, served by i.a. Hasam, in addition to a breakfast buffet with a tasty selection, made the experience very good.
There was some debris under the sheets and a few small stains here and there, but this was not a major problem.
The hotel is conveniently located; within walking distance to restaurants, kiosks, public transport and more. The atmosphere at the location was comfortable.
Would definitely recommend this great hotel.. .
