If not for the bad experience with the tour, I would have rated it better. Location was good. The Bursa tour that the Hotel booked for us was a total scam. We didn't get to see anything on the itinerary but it was just ATV, shops and shops. The cable car was only at night, nothing much to be seen. Lunch was at 4pm and we were given less than half an hour - it was 45 mins in the shops! And the guide was so defensive, rude and gave all sorts of excuses when we asked about the place listed for the tour..
